We provide photobooth services including:

• Photo capture sessions — 4 photos per session, best 2 to a strip
• Digital delivery via email or QR-linked session page
• Archival printed photo strips on Hahnemühle 280gsm stock

• Payment is required before your photo session begins
• We accept card payments via Stripe — contactless, chip, or online
• All prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable once the photo session has started

• You own the rights to photos taken during your session
• Photos are for personal, non-commercial use
• We may request permission to use photos for promotional purposes — you can decline, no questions asked

• Digital photos are available for download for 7 days from the session date
• You are responsible for downloading and saving your photos within this period
• We are not liable for photos not downloaded before expiration

• Each photo in your session includes one free retake option
• You choose which version to keep before printing
• Unused retakes cannot be transferred to another session

• If technical issues prevent photo delivery, we will provide a full refund or a replacement session
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours

You agree not to:

• Use the photobooth for inappropriate or offensive content
• Damage or tamper with photobooth equipment
• Allow unsupervised children to operate the equipment

• We are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of our services beyond the cost of your session
• Technical issues may occasionally occur — we will do our best to resolve them promptly

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
